article Solar Storm in Year 2013 Could Be Disaster

Big news today is about the impending sun storm forecast later in the year 2013. United States Space Agency (NASA) warned of the dangers of the sun storms. A number of countries, especialy England will face off electricity and the widespread loss of communications networks – after the Earth was hit by a ‘storm space’.

Electricity network in the UK will experience excessive heat, there will be disruption in air travel. Meanwhile, employment of electronic equipment is interrupted, navigation equipment, and major man-made satellite ceased to operate – when the Sun reaches its maximum strength in recent years.

The scientists believe that solar storms can damage everything from emergency service systems, hospital equipment, banking systems and air traffic control device, and home device like computers and iPods.

This work will disrupt satellites and communications devices such as car navigation, air travel, banking systems, computers, almost everything electronically. This will cause big problems for the world.

Some parts of the Earth will lose electricity. And to repair the damage, will take a long time. Previously, the National Academy of Sciences, two years ago, has warned that the power network, GPS navigation, air travel, financial services and emergency radio communications could be disrupted by the activity of the Sun.

Flash News : Cilacap Earthquake

Lani Ahmad, Head of Geophysics Station Climatology Meteorology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) Banjarnegara, said that the earthquake occurred at 22:12:40 pm and 22:32:07 pm GMT.

“The strength of an earthquake is the same at 5.2 SR. The first earthquake is located at 9.72 south latitude to 108.08 east longitude or 244 kilometers southwest of Cilacap, with a depth of 10 kilometers,” he said.

While the second quake, he said, is located at 9.77 south latitude to 108.06 east longitude or 250 kilometers southwest of Cilacap with a depth of 15 kilometers.

According to him, the quake caused no tsunami potential.

Meanwhile, officers picket Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Cilacap District, said it did not receive reports of damage from the earthquake.

“We also did not receive reports of residents who felt the earthquake shocks,” he said.
